This is a chance to get together, to laugh, try something new, and learn a few practical skills that go along the way.
We’ll explore simple and effective ways to be more aware of your surroundings, trust your instincts, set confident boundaries, and protect yourself if you ever need to. Everything will be taught in a relaxed, supportive environment where everyone can participate at their own comfort level.
You don’t need to be athletic, flexible, or have any martial arts experience. Just come as you are, wear something comfortable, and be ready to have some fun together.
Most importantly, this is time to enjoy with family and friends while leaving with a little more confidence, awareness, and belief in what you’re capable of.
